Building emotional agility while integrating the human condition with a focus on loss, grief and traumatic grief
Making space is key to the Reverent Grief model. This can be difficult in the early stages which is why I offer many unique opportunities to start on your feeling journey. These sessions are available on site or in home and with or without the equine presence. These include mindfulness sessions, guided meditation, sound bath experiences, focused, coherent heart centered breath work, energetic boundary sensing and gentle yoga practices. I invite you to explore creating your own sacred space as a path to building emotional muscle and bandwidth. I offer in home consulting to discover your own personal space that beckons you to sit and cultivate an expansion of your internal landscape daily.

Supportive Equine Facilitative Coaching in a caring environment creates an eco system to learn and build emotional agility. How? Through entrainment, the body and overstimulated nervous system regulate. This process slowly relaxes us out of fight or flight and into rest and digest. The miracle of the horse has so many profound effects on the traumatized body, mind and soul.
In our Reverent Grief EFL program we combine proven scientific results with the compliment of working outside the five senses. The horse, consensually, helps us to navigate and integrate.

"When we love deeply, we mourn deeply, extraordinary grief is an expression of extraordinary love. Grief and love mirror each other, one is not possible without the other."
-Joanne Cacciatore
I have a passion to guide us to remember. Remember that we already have everything we need to navigate life to our fullest potential. To remember we are capable of bearing great pain and surviving to thrive and guide others. Acknowledging we are whole and resourceful beyond measure, and are born with unique, natural gifts all our own. Remembering with reverence our loved ones and honoring the love that our grief stems from. Remembering the ancient knowledge that pain and joy, light and dark, contraction and expansion are not separate, rather parts of the whole. The memory of full integration lies within the silence of our being and unearthing requires feeling in its entirety, this is one of the concepts of Reverent Living.
My vision is to create a caring space for feeling, learning and building emotional, mental and spiritual agility. A containment pasture or heart centered eco system where humans, horses and nature join into a deep understanding of what it means to feel into suffering and joy without judgment. With the horse as our guide, we gather tools to grow these innate attributes. Why is the horse the perfect teacher? The horse’s ability to communicate without a word spoken to our brains, entrain with our hearts to be with our grief and trauma and regulate our nervous system is a magical combination. The horses give the space once we are open to the emotional state, whatever it may be. The program offers a non judgmental approach to your spiritual belief system as we proceed outside of the customary 5 senses and gain clarity through implicit knowledge.
I am honored to bear witness while you feel, create space, regulate, balance, connect and integrate.
I am a certified equine life coach, certified compassionate bereavement care traumatic grief coach and a grief and traumatic grief group leader
