Our retreat offers a variety of transformative experiences that will not only help you unwind but also equip you with the tools to bring these newfound insights and strengths back into your daily life. Your retreat package includes:

• Equine Interactive Experiences: Connect with majestic horses through hands-on activities, guided by certified Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) professionals. Discover how these gentle creatures can teach you valuable lessons about trust, communication, and self-awareness. Engage in non-verbal communication with your sentient equine partners to release energetic blocks and limiting beliefs, awakening your God-given intuitive nature.
• Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation: Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through a series of yoga sessions, guided breathwork, and meditation practices. Find inner peace and balance as you reconnect with your true essence.
• Goat Hike in Oak Canyon: Yes you heard that right, enjoy the beautiful oak canyon with your very own goat hiking partner! Your walk in nature will be an opportunity to expand on any new found insights add to your custom equine session later in the day, Oh and have some fun! The terrain is beginner friendly. 
• Tour & Pick Your Lavender Bouquet Day: Tour of Muriel Gardners Wild Oak Goat and Lavender Farm. You will expand your mindfulness experience within a guided meditation while you pick your own lavender bouquet.
• Make Your Hat Self Expression Session:  As you begin to unbridle and allow the space for cultivating into your authentic self, we take time to express these new ways of being within our own gift of artistry. Make your own hat to expand, express and take home a bit of this experience as a reframe token of the retreat.
• True Colors Experience: Learn about your personality and gain insights into your own and others' behaviors, motivations and more . Elevate your understanding of yourself and others, fostering deeper connections and empathy.
• Writing Breakthrough: Unleash your creativity and unlock your authentic voice in our writing breakthrough intensive. Explore the power of writing as a means of self-expression, healing, and personal growth.
• Inspirational Guest Speakers: Be inspired by the stories of transformation shared by our guest speakers. Learn from their journeys and apply their wisdom to your own path of self-discovery.
• Release Ceremony: Embrace the power of surrender through a transformative burning ceremony. Release past limitations and let go of the burdens that have been holding you back. Open your heart and mind to the very things you have been praying or wishing for, and invite newfound freedom and possibilities into your life
• Nighttime Campfires: Gather around the warmth of a crackling campfire, reflecting on the day's experiences and restoring your spirit. Unwind and rejuvenate as you bond with fellow participants and prepare for another day of transformation.
• Meals Included: Enjoy delicious and nourishing meals throughout the retreat - breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Catering to various dietary preferences, we offer vegan and gluten-free options upon request to ensure a wholesome and satisfying culinary experience for all.
